Flaming Tusk will be storming Nuthouse Recording in the grim burg of Hoboken this month to begin recording the followup to the Abigail EP. Producer and engineer Tom Beaujour bravely volunteered to withstand the onslaught and attempt to capture the horror on his hard drives.
Beaujour won reknown for his excellent engineering work on Nada Surf’s Weight Is A Gift, but has lately been indulging his love of metal by producing and recording Scale The Summit‘s Prosthetic Records release Carving Desert Canyons, among other projects. He says he hopes that tracking Flaming Tusk will twist Nuthouse into an irretrievably kvlt house of torture, and we plan to do everything in our power to satisfy that desire.
Our great work begins on September 18. Look for an early winter release date, and watch this space for updates.
